This Procurement Lead guides procurement from pre-award through closeout. You will manage engineered equipment, bulk materials, and project services while aligning commercial decisions with schedules, budgets, and material management plans. The role supports project execution through risk control, supplier performance, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project procurement strategies aligned with objectives, schedules, and budgets
Lead competitive bidding, bidder communications, and clarification meetings
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Administer purchase orders, amendments, claims,



and closeout documentation
Report procurement progress, risks, and critical milestones
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
12+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
Experience supporting large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects
Robust supplier negotiation and contract administration experience
Ability to manage commercial, supply chain, and project risks
Apply procurement strategy, supplier negotiation, and commercial leadership to deliver equipment, materials, and services for Fluor projects.
