Key Responsibilities: Own accounting and financial reporting functions
Execute month-end close and reporting processes
Coordinate external audits and auditor communications
Maintain cap tables and equity-related records
Develop accounting policies, controls, and processes
Requirements: Robust Controller-level or full-cycle controllership experience
Previous public company accounting experience
Financial reporting and technical accounting experience
Solid external audit management experience
CPA designation and independent operating ability
Apply CPA expertise across controllership, reporting, audit management, and process development within clean-energy technology.
