As Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you will set STRABAG Inc.’s procurement vision and strategy. You will guide procurement resources, procedures, supplier relationships, and project support. The position also represents procurement in senior management meetings and across STRABAG group-wide topics.
Key Responsibilities: Set the overarching procurement vision and strategy
Lead procurement during tendering and project estimation
Develop supplier and subcontractor business relationships
Review and approve purchasing documents before issue
Represent procurement in senior management meetings
Requirements: 15+ years’ procurement experience
10+ years’ senior management experience
Superb organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, persistent, and flexible approach
Qualified handling of confidential issues
Bring senior procurement leadership, strategic planning, and supplier expertise to STRABAG Inc.’s Canadian division and construction operations.
