Assemble manufactured products at Meridian Manufacturing Group using hand and power tools, blueprints, and established safety procedures. Work across the finishing department.

The Outfitter performs physical assembly work under the Finishing Department Team Manager. Duties involve fastening parts with bolts, screws, clips, welding, soldering, and other methods. The work also includes positioning components, applying decals, checking defects, and maintaining equipment. Success requires mechanical knowledge, quality orientation, accountability, and protected equipment operation. Strong English communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Fasten parts using hand and power tools




- Position components with tools and overhead hoists
- Mark, record, and report product defects
- Clean, lubricate, maintain, and repair equipment

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong mechanical knowledge of machines and tools
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds
