Maintain Gateway Casino facilities, equipment, and grounds as a casual Maintenance Technician using carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills. Work independently while supporting daily operations.

Gateway seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for general maintenance and repair across Casino facilities and grounds. The position requires knowledge of carpentry, finishing, minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, and associated trades. You will troubleshoot building issues, inspect operational areas, and assist with the Building Automated System.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily Casino facility and grounds maintenance operations
- Repair walls, doors, furniture, gaming tables, and equipment
- Inspect floors, offices, kitchens, washrooms, parking areas, and grounds
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical,



and mechanical issues
- Maintain an organized, well-equipped workshop

Requirements:

- Minimum two years' Hotel, Casino, or hospitality maintenance experience
- Knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, tiling, and finishing
- Experience using building-trade hand tools and equipment
- Preventative maintenance software and Outlook, Word, and Excel familiarity
- Valid BC, AB, or ON driver's license and valuable record
