Lead complex technical programs at OpenLoop, connecting Agile delivery, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional execution across Engineering and Product.
As a senior individual contributor, you will translate business vision into executable technical programs. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to support company OKRs. The work includes prioritization, dependency management, delivery coordination, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities: Drive complex initiatives tied directly to company OKRs
Translate requirements into actionable technical programs
Run Agile ceremonies across engineering teams
Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and tradeoffs
Present tailored updates to executives and partners
Requirements: Six or more years in Technical Program Management
Deep knowledge of Scrum or Secure practices
Technical fluency across architecture, APIs, and integrations
Experience using metrics to improve delivery performance
Hands-on Jira experience managing delivery at scale
Bring strategic technical leadership, Agile expertise, and measurable delivery discipline to OpenLoop’s telehealth programs and priorities.
