As Senior Group Product Manager, Marketing Platform, you will guide the ecosystem supporting Lifecycle, Digital, Direct Mail, and Partner marketing. You will manage Product Managers while partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Marketing. The work focuses on scalable workflows, integrations, attribution, and AI-powered marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Define marketing platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
Evaluate tools, infrastructure, workflows, gaps, and integration opportunities
Design scalable solutions improving measurement, attribution, and marketing operations
Establish frameworks for technology investments and platform prioritization
Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and eight-plus years product management experience
At least two years of direct people management experience
Four-plus years managing technically complex platform products
Experience with marketing technology ecosystems and digital analytics
Experience translating business requirements into technical product specifications
