Shape Clio’s Document Management System through strong UI and interaction design. This hybrid role serves candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec.
As a Product Designer, you’ll work on digital products within Clio’s growing DMS design team. You’ll contribute to concepting, execution, testing, customer feedback, and research while developing systems thinking with senior designer support. The work supports document workflows for legal professionals and firms of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities: Own UI and interaction execution from concepting through testing
Collaborate closely with the DMS design team
Respond to customer feedback following the V1 launch
Explore AI integration with document workflows
Support research initiatives with design and research teams
Requirements: Four-plus years designing digital products
Solid visual and interaction design craft
Foundational UX skills across information architecture and usability
Some experience conducting or supporting research studies
Fluency with AI tools in daily work
Bring product design, research, systems thinking, and AI fluency to Clio’s evolving legal document experience.
