The work combines agency leadership, digital marketing, Martech platforms, and AI applications. You will also attract talent and strengthen Calgary’s business leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee key client relationships and proactively address concerns
Triage opportunities and spearhead RFP processes
Convert leads into client wins with the national Growth Team

Requirements: Experience in a multi-expertise agency environment
Established corporate, community, and government contacts in Alberta
Background in digital marketing, Martech, and AI applications
Deep understanding of at least one key local industry
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and self-starting leadership approach
