Reporting to the Associate Director, AMS/SAP, this manager leads a skilled team supporting the University's enterprise SAP ecosystem. The work spans SAP platform services, cloud technologies, integrations, security, and third-party applications. The position also advises stakeholders on technical strategy, roadmaps, and opportunities to improve institutional systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design, administration, security, and operations
Oversee SAP platform planning, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management
Advise on SAP technical strategy and roadmap development
Collaborate with EASI teams, stakeholders,



vendors, and specialists
Ensure resilient, scalable, secure technical environments
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or relevant education and experience
Minimum ten years' related enterprise-level experience
Minimum five years' hands-on SAP BASIS experience
Experience with SAP Configuration and ABAP development
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Bring SAP BASIS administration, technical leadership, security, and enterprise platform strategy to the University of Toronto.
