The Senior Site EHS Manager serves as the primary EHS authority for large, complex manufacturing operations. This senior leader integrates EHS into business planning, production, capital projects, and organizational change. The role translates corporate and regional strategies into site-specific execution plans.
Key Responsibilities: Lead site-wide EHS strategy, programs, and accountability
Manage OSHA, EPA, DOT, state, and local compliance
Validate risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Lead responsible incident investigations and corrective actions
Report EHS metrics and priorities to executives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Eight-plus years of progressive manufacturing EHS experience
Experience supporting complex, multi-line operations
Expertise interpreting practical EHS regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gensuite
