Key Responsibilities: Design multi-tier preventive maintenance programs and delivery standards
Develop upsell processes for replacement parts and service opportunities
Partner on pricing, cost analysis, and margin optimization
Recruit, train, and lead preventive maintenance technicians
Establish scheduling, dispatch, CRM,



contracts, and renewals
Requirements: Five-plus years building industrial equipment aftermarket service programs
Three-plus years managing field service or technical teams
Experience developing offerings, standard procedures, and workflows
Ability to manage operational and financial key performance indicators
Proficiency with CRM and service management systems
Lead CNC equipment preventive maintenance growth through service development, operational control, and aftermarket team leadership in Etobicoke.
