Build production AI platforms at Motive using Python, cloud infrastructure, and inference optimization. Work on reliable, secure, cost-disciplined systems. As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will ship backend services, APIs, and AI systems serving Motive’s customers. You will work with Python and a second stack such as TypeScript, Go, or Java. The role includes RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning, serving, and inference optimization. Key Responsibilities:

Design and ship production services, APIs, and interfaces Own implementation, testing, reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and maintenance Build reusable AI capabilities with evaluation and governance Architect AWS or GCP environments using Kubernetes and Terraform Optimize GPUs, routing, models, and cost per request Requirements:

Five or more years owning production software systems Backend APIs and production AI or ML experience Solid Python plus TypeScript, Go, or Java PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent serving experience AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experience Bring production software ownership, AI serving expertise, and cost-aware cloud engineering to Motive’s platform.
