Lead traffic control operations Monday to Friday, coordinating crews, schedules, equipment, and resources while supporting safe project delivery.

This Traffic Control Supervisor leads and supports Traffic Control Persons and Lane Closure Technicians. The position coordinates daily operations, maintains resources, and supports safe, effective project completion. Responsibilities include compliance, inspections, communication, documentation, recruitment, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support TCPs and LCTs
- Coordinate daily schedules, crews, equipment, and resources
- Inspect traffic control setups against plans and standards
- Maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory records
- Review timesheets, documentation, and work orders

Requirements:

- At least five years of progressive traffic or transportation experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 non-GDL licence or better
- Current maintainable Traffic Control certification
- Knowledge of British Columbia TMM and TMPs
