At Wine Rack #064 on Main Street, you will provide exceptional customer experiences while learning through Arterra’s wine education program and tastings. The role includes customer engagement, merchandising, transactions, and community participation. Retail experience is an asset, while Smart Serve Certification and high school education are required. You must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout each store interaction
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with Wine Rack customers
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and merchandising tasks
- Receive shipments and replenish store inventory
- Participate in community initiatives and festivals
