As theApprentice Carpenter you are expected to be engaged in our safety program,executing work in a safe manner, in adherence with CANA policies and allapplicable code regulations and the Act.

- The work requires commuting to andfrom the job site daily.
- The position requiresphysically demanding motions and tasks.




- Candidates are required to be in good physicalcondition, fit for work and prepared to work on project sites outside in allseasons and weather.

YOU WILL

- Beopen to learning, work with Carpenters and other staff on site to facilitate aneffective education for yourself.
- Taketime to learn how to use hand and power tools
- In the general construction process
- In reading and understanding specs and drawings
- With layout and be able to use a builder’s level.

- Maintain a safe and clean work area.

YOU WILL NEED

- RegisteredCarpentry Apprentice in Alberta
- Valid Driver’s License or means oftransportation to project sites.
- Demonstratepride in work with attention to detail.
