Support resident comfort and well-being as a Resident Care Attendant at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, British Columbia. Apply skilled personal care and observation.

Reporting to the Director of Care or Resident Care Manager, this regular part-time position supports resident care services. You will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and daily activities. Share observations with nurses and the team-oriented health care team while following Nursing Care Plans, provincial standards, and AgeCare policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe residents during bathing, dressing, cleaning, and changing
- Report resident condition changes promptly to the Nurse
- Assist transfers using lifts, transfer belts, and protective equipment




- Feed residents according to their prescribed diets
- Participate in care plans and interdisciplinary conferences

Requirements:

- Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
- Minimum HCA Provincial Certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- At least five years' HCA experience in continuing care
- Experience caring for residents with dementia
