You will orchestrate value streams, manage dependencies, and support scaled alignment across evolving priorities. The work includes strategic initiatives in pricing and individual insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple teams contributing to complex strategic initiatives
Orchestrate end-to-end value streams for efficient delivery
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
Manage dependencies, anticipate obstacles,



and implement solutions
Lead governance forums covering capacity, risks, and timelines
Requirements: Advanced French proficiency
More than 10 years managing projects and complex IT solutions
At least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer
Experience with Secure, scaled Kanban, or Lean Portfolio Management
PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent certification
Bring scaled coordination, risk management, and delivery expertise to iA Financial Group’s hybrid Project Manager position.
