As Technical Team Lead, you will own direction and delivery for the Client CI/CD platform. Guide a small development team while collaborating with clients, product owners, security teams, and stakeholders. Build, validate, and deploy CRIMS customizations to dedicated SaaS-hosted environments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead CI/CD pipeline design, development, and continuous platform improvement
Define secure automation for building and deploying client customizations
Develop infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible
Apply LLM tools to review changes, identify risks,



and troubleshoot
Lead estimation, architecture decisions, prioritization, and delivery planning
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
Five years leading software engineering or DevOps teams
Five years in DevOps engineering or platform roles
Experience with CI/CD systems, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
Five years hands-on Python, Java, and SQL experience
