Reporting to the CEO, the Director leads manufacturing, production planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. The role integrates demand, capacity, materials, and cannabis ingredients across departments. It also develops operational leaders, strengthens controls, and improves delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead operational leaders with explicit authority and performance expectations
Approve manufacturing plans and oversee master production scheduling
Resolve material constraints, capacity risks, and production-readiness exceptions
Oversee procurement, inventory controls, warehousing,



and logistics execution
Manage budgets, measures, compliance, safety, and improvement priorities
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Substantial progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience
Experience leading production teams and multiple supply chain functions
Regulated manufacturing experience; cannabis experience is an asset
Knowledge of planning, inventory, ERP or MRP, and logistics
Lead CannaPiece manufacturing operations through accountable teams, reliable planning, compliant execution, and stronger supply chain performance.
