Lead global HR service delivery at Citi through people management, employee relations, and strategic partnership across assigned client groups.
This senior management role oversees HR support for client organizations in coordination with Human Resources teams. Reporting to the Global Head of HR Partnership for all Functions, you will manage teams across geographies. The role focuses on HR strategy, lifecycle processes, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage geographically distributed teams and conduct personnel duties
Coach managers and lead employee relations issues
Partner with HR Advisors and Centers of Excellence
Coordinate global priorities and resolve complex HR issues
Direct HR strategy, policy development, and planning
Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience
Experience in people management
Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills
Solid relationship management and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
