Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse, assembly, and distribution operations
Coach two frontline team leads and indirect associates
Calculate operational metrics using MS Excel
Identify bottlenecks through regular floor walk-throughs




Oversee receiving, staging, picking, and shipping priorities
Requirements: Five-plus years leading warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing teams
Experience managing 20 or more associates
Intermediate or advanced MS Excel proficiency
Understanding of WorkSafeBC health and safety legislation
Ability to transparent background checks and provide references
