Key Responsibilities: Develop capital structure, leverage, funding, and balance sheet recommendations

Coach staff supporting Treasury Finance activities
Requirements: Post-secondary education or minimum 10 years’ progressive relevant experience
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and capital structure management
Experience executing complex financing transactions and negotiations
Ability to analyze and negotiate financing documentation
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder coordination skills
