This senior leadership role guides brand, marketing, and digital growth strategies for Westland’s omnichannel insurance brokerage ambition. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen market presence, and support client acquisition. The work connects market insights with business priorities through integrated marketing, analytics, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead national brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and governance
Drive demand generation across digital and physical channels
Improve website experience, search visibility, engagement, and conversion
Develop client lifecycle marketing for retention and loyalty
Manage budgets, performance measures, reporting, and executive insights
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Experience strengthening brands and delivering measurable business results
Expertise in SEO, AEO, analytics, experimentation, and AI capabilities
Experience managing significant budgets and measuring marketing performance
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
