Reporting to the Director, Sales, this National Account Manager develops annual plans for Pattison Food Group and London Drugs. The role manages customer P&Ls;, trade investment, forecasting, negotiations, and cross-functional execution across Everyday and Seasonal categories. You will coach one Key Account Manager while partnering with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop customer business plans aligned with Lindt Canada objectives
Lead negotiations, business planning sessions, and category reviews
Manage revenue, profitability, trade spending, and recovery plans
Analyze POS,



market, financial, and internal business data
Coach a Key Account Manager through ongoing development planning
Requirements: Five years of progressive CPG account management experience
Experience managing or supporting Pattison Food Group or London Drugs
Robust customer P&L;, forecasting, ROI, and trade investment expertise
Advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP, and TPM proficiency
Previous people leadership, coaching, or talent development experience
Use customer insights, commercial judgment, and leadership skills to grow Lindt Canada accounts profitably from Vancouver.
