Build Grafana Cloud account portals and billing workflows with TypeScript and React from a fully remote position across the United States or Canada.
As a Staff FullStack Engineer, you will lead major projects across customer usage, pricing, provisioning, and billing systems. The work is approximately 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd, using Golang, Node.js, APIs, and contemporary frontend technologies. You will shape technical direction for Application Core Services within Grafana Labs’ Foundations department.
Key Responsibilities: Build reliable full-stack applications and customer-facing account portals
Maintain Golang and Node.js backend APIs
Develop TypeScript and React user interfaces
Automate usage metering, pricing, promotions, and billing reconciliation




Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
Requirements: Strong Golang, Node.js, TypeScript, and React experience
Experience with large SaaS platforms and distributed systems
At least one year of fully remote work experience
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience mentoring junior engineers asynchronously
Shape Grafana Cloud’s customer experience through frontend engineering, backend services, billing systems, and thoughtful technical leadership.
