AltaGas seeks an experienced Agile Coach to develop and embed a practical delivery practice. You will refine frameworks, playbooks, standards, and ceremonies while supporting teams, leaders, and business stakeholders. The work includes training, coaching, reusable assets, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain Agile frameworks, playbooks, templates, ceremonies, and standards
Develop training rollout roadmaps and maturity expectations
Coach teams on roles, ceremonies, backlogs, and ways of working
Lead functional direction for Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters




Maintain adoption measures and delivery insights for leadership reporting
Requirements: Eight-plus years in Agile, product, project, program, or digital delivery
Agile, Scrum, or coaching credentials such as CSM or PMI-ACP
Experience expanding practices across multiple teams using maturity coaching
Robust facilitation, coaching, mentoring, presentation, and communication skills
Experience in energy, utilities, regulated, or enterprise technology environments
Lead practical Agile transformation at AltaGas through delivery coaching, framework development, training, and measurable adoption across teams.
