Support a COO, CFO, and EVP with complex calendars, executive correspondence, and confidential information in Toronto’s Bloor and University office. This mostly in-office role requires four or five weekly office days.
The Executive Assistant will support three busy, collaborative executives seeking a long-term partnership. The work includes managing changing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, arranging travel, and planning meetings and events. Initiative, discretion, and solid interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and communicate last-minute schedule changes
Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation
Arrange flights, hotels, car services, and detailed itineraries
Organize meetings, materials, internal events,



and executive expenses
Handle confidential information and external stakeholder communications discreetly
Requirements: 10+ years supporting multiple senior-level executives
Strong time management and competing-priority management abilities
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Accurate, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful approach
Professional written communication and strong interpersonal skills
Bring executive support, calendar management, discretion, and Microsoft Office expertise to this collaborative Toronto office-based assignment.
