Lead renewable energy construction through safety leadership and turbine coordination with Bird, traveling to project sites as required. Manage field execution.
As a Superintendent, you will oversee renewable energy, power, industrial, or heavy civil construction activities. Bird needs solid knowledge of civil construction, electrical infrastructure, site logistics, and construction sequencing. You will coordinate subcontractors, field crews, equipment, and multiple work fronts while supporting safety, schedule, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Bird Safety Program and monitor field safety performance
Coordinate turbine foundations, roads, crane pads, and substations
Develop short-term work plans and monitor schedule progress
Coordinate turbine deliveries, heavy lifts, installation,



and commissioning readiness
Maintain field reports, safety inspections, and schedule updates
Requirements: Superintendent experience in renewable, power, industrial, or heavy civil construction
Wind energy construction experience considered a strong asset
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work at project sites
Bring renewable construction, turbine coordination, safety leadership, and scheduling expertise to Bird project sites across Canada.
