Trans Mountain seeks a Senior Estimator/Cost Engineer for sustaining capital projects within the Major Projects Office. Reporting to Lead, Estimating, this contractor develops Class 5 through Class 3 estimates. The work uses benchmarking, project controls, cost models, and industry practices to support active projects.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimate plans and develop Class 5 through Class 3 estimates
Validate scope with project managers and project teams
Participate in estimate reviews and validation sessions
Provide cost data for decisions and project planning
Coordinate QRA, contingency,



and Gate Review deliverables
Requirements: Post-secondary education in engineering, project management, business, or related field
Eight-plus years estimating or cost engineering pipeline experience
Knowledge of project controls, cost management, risk, and change management
Proficiency developing cost models and estimate workbooks
Knowledge of AACE classifications and Stage Gate practices
