The Division Manager oversees Commercial Fuels for the GTA and the full division operation. This hands-on leadership role covers warehousing, trucking, order management, invoicing, administration, and business analysis. Success requires maintaining accurate inventories, effective deliveries, controlled expenses, and strong employee motivation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead profit and loss for the division’s entire operation
Maintain safe, efficient truck fleet and warehouse operations
Monitor costs, customer profitability, and improvement recommendations
Coordinate replenishment purchases, inventory, and warehouse activities




Train employees and deliver responsive customer solutions
Requirements: Experience leading asset-based transportation operations
Hands-on team leadership delivering excellent results
Strong computer skills and business analysis capability
Organization, multitasking, and short-deadline project completion
Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
