Support clean, reliable kitchen operations as a Dishwasher with Cogir Senior Living, maintaining equipment and surfaces for retirement residences.

Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Dishwasher loads, operates, and empties dishwashers while putting dishes away. The work supports kitchens serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. It also includes cleaning equipment and food preparation areas, attending required training and meetings, and respecting Resident Rights & Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load, operate, empty, and unload dishwashers
- Maintain clean tables, stoves, ovens, grills, and storage areas
- Clean blenders, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other equipment
- Damp mop kitchen floors and complete assigned cleaning duties




- Attend training, meetings, and Quality Improvement Program activities

Requirements:

- Empathy for elderly and handicapped residents
- Understanding of food handling and storage procedures
- Ability to follow directions and specified portion controls
- Ability to work accurately and quickly
- English reading and writing skills; Vulnerable Sector Check required
