The Field Specialist provides front-line support and mentorship within Operations. You will plan high-profile operations, coordinate with customers, and support Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering, and Tech Services. The work includes product testing, field implementation, training, and customer-focused operational development.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and plan critical well operations
Coordinate customers with NCS Operations teams
Diagnose job issues and recommend remedial steps
Provide rotational on-call field operations support
Conduct Service Line training and evaluations
Requirements: Minimum eight years of direct industry experience
Wellbore Construction, Fracture Services, or Enhanced Oil Recovery experience
Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel, work outdoors, and lift 25–50 pounds
