As a Senior Technology Procurement, Analytics & Cloud Specialist, you will manage sourcing initiatives and technology vendor activities. Analyze spend, usage, contract, and market data to support commercial recommendations. Contribute to procurement intelligence, renewal planning, savings, cost avoidance, and contractual risk management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing requirements, evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and implementation hand-offs
Coordinate vendor renewals, usage validation, and commercial discussions
Develop dashboards for renewals, spend, vendors, and software assets
Analyze cloud commitments, consumption trends, forecasts,



and purchasing routes
Review contracts, document decisions, and track savings and cost avoidance
Requirements: Five-plus years in technology procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, or technology services
Advanced Excel and solid analytical skills
Working knowledge of licensing, renewals, contracts, and commercial models
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Use procurement analytics, cloud commercial expertise, and negotiation skills to deliver practical technology decisions at Teranet.
