Drive research project delivery remotely across Canada with ESO, using project planning and data-focused communication to support community health and safety outcomes.
As EPMO Project Manager, you will work primarily with ESO’s Research and Performance Improvement team. You will translate research initiatives into actionable plans, manage concurrent projects, and report through the Enterprise Program Management Office. The work connects project management practices with research, data strategy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Translate research initiatives into actionable project plans
Manage scope, resources, risks, issues, and timelines
Drive concurrent research and process-improvement projects
Track and communicate status, risks, and outcomes




Facilitate collaboration and resolve cross-team conflicts
Requirements: Demonstrated success delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders
Understanding of research from concept through publication
Familiarity with project, process, stakeholder, budget, and risk management
Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail
Research, data, or analytics-driven team experience is a plus
Bring research understanding, project leadership, and data-informed improvement skills to ESO’s remote Canada-based RPI team.
