Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance, leasing, marketing, collections, renewals, and operations
Manage community budgets, finances, forecasting, reporting, and expense control
Lead on-site teams while ensuring policies and procedures are followed
Improve resident satisfaction through service and conflict resolution

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Five or more years of in office property management experience
