The Manager, Business Systems leads subject matter experts supporting core business systems. This full time, permanent role covers sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, distribution, customer service, and finance processes. You will translate operational needs into sustainable solutions while balancing support, improvement, projects, and roadmap priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a small expert team
Translate operational challenges into practical business systems solutions
Lead initiatives from requirements through implementation and adoption
Oversee partners, priorities, budgets, and connected information flows




Own SAP S/4HANA roadmap priorities across connected systems
Requirements: Eight-plus years in business operations, technology, or related environments
Understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse, and finance processes
Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives to completion
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
