As Manager, Branch Oversight and Client Services, you support Scotiatrust’s National Office team and business strategies. You oversee account management, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance across branches. Your work includes risk-based monitoring, testing, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Champion client-focused culture and deepen client relationships
Execute reporting and oversight for operational risk
Create queries and reports supporting regional branch oversight
Monitor fiduciary and agency account risk controls




Coach teams on risk, regulations, and audit readiness
Requirements: Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
Extensive Estate and Trust industry experience
Knowledge of branch regulations, policies, and operations
Knowledge of Privacy, AML/ATF, and Know Your Client requirements
Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint
Apply branch oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk monitoring expertise to support Scotiatrust branches and client-focused operations.
