Key Responsibilities: Direct regional implementation of Johnson Controls’ EHS strategy
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Deliver targeted EHS training based on identified needs




Conduct audits and track improvement plans with leadership
Manage WSIB claims through return-to-work coordination
Requirements: Occupational Health and Safety certificate, diploma, or degree
Seven to ten years of EHS experience
COR Certified Auditor with seven-plus years’ experience
Knowledge of Ontario OHSA, WSIB, and Manitoba legislation
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel thirty to forty percent
Apply regional EHS leadership, COR expertise, incident prevention, and claims management experience across Johnson Controls operations.
