Lead high-rise residential construction teams with expertise in scheduling, safety, and field performance at Clark Construction Management. This is a full time opportunity.
The Project Superintendent leads project teams while coordinating with owners, consultants, and project staff. The position oversees field budget, schedule, safety, and performance throughout construction. It also provides leadership, mentoring, and support across adjoining project phases.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, train, and manage the project field team
Implement schedules and cost controls for labour, equipment, and materials
Monitor trade contractor progress against construction schedules
Maintain construction procedures, job safety, and analysis




Resolve field construction problems and support project closeout
Requirements: Construction-related post-secondary degree or diploma
Minimum eight years of high-rise or ICI construction experience
Experience overseeing projects from start to finish
Current Health and Safety certifications and valid driver's license
Experience with Procore and Microsoft SharePoint
Apply high-rise construction leadership, safety knowledge, schedule control, and mentoring skills as a Project Superintendent.
