Apply mechanical expertise as a Senior Field Engineer with Lycopodium’s Canadian site projects group, working FIFO across mineral processing construction.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this senior position provides mechanical advice, design input, calculations, and construction support. You will interpret engineering documents, prepare specifications, resolve technical queries, and coordinate with drafting, commissioning, clients, vendors, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist mechanical advice to site construction teams
Produce accurate mechanical drawings and engineering calculations
Witness construction and pre-commissioning activities
Prepare equipment, materials, scopes, and technical specifications




Support commissioning handover and resolve infrastructure malfunctions
Requirements: Technical certificate, degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Minimum eight years’ engineering experience in mineral processing
Strong field construction operations and management experience
Broad multidisciplinary field management background
Solid communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Use mechanical engineering, field construction, and stakeholder coordination expertise to deliver accurate Lycopodium project outcomes FIFO.
