This senior business analyst role covers business, functional, non-functional, data, and reporting requirements. You will model processes, develop user stories, and support Agile delivery. The work connects policy, legal, privacy, security, operational, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead analysis for large-scale digital and I⁢ initiatives
Elicit, validate, document, and manage requirements
Develop workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Support backlogs, sprint planning, testing, and implementation readiness
Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and status reports
Requirements: Prior public-sector experience is preferred
Government registry experience is preferred
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to assess legislative and regulatory changes
Availability to work five days onsite
