As Foreman, you will organize service work and supervise technicians at the Regina Construction and Forestry location. The position supports quality repair work, customer service, cost management, and technician development. You will communicate with customers, operators, service personnel, and branch staff.
Key Responsibilities: Organize daily service work and dispatch technicians
Supervise technicians and control repair quality
Advise and mentor technicians on service work
Maintain clean, organized work environments
Manage work orders, costs, and department profitability
Requirements: Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent required
Service department experience required
Solid organizational and basic Microsoft Office skills
Availability for after-hours work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
