As a SecurTek Customer Care Associate, you handle customer, dealer, contractor, and agency inquiries. You interpret, verify, and manually enter customer information into operating systems. The work includes billing questions, written communication, monitoring account accuracy, and database updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer, dealer, contractor, and agency inquiries
- Document and prepare written customer and dealer communications
- Enter customer information accurately into operating systems
- Confirm billing inquiries and monitoring account details
- Record inquiry actions in appropriate databases

Requirements:

- General knowledge of security products or services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Tactful, diplomatic, and courteous customer contact handling
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Computer, software, and 20 wpm keyboarding skills
