Wire engineered-to-order control panels as an Electrical Assembler at Eaton’s Milton facility, using diagrams and customer drawing packages. Day-shift work focuses on complex electrical assembly.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will build and wire control panels for custom switchboards. The work includes planning wire layouts, connecting electrical devices, identifying design issues, and completing functional tests. Eaton’s Milton site supports large-scale custom electrical-build projects for Canadian infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build control panels using one-line diagrams and drawing packages
- Run, connect, and terminate wires inside switchboard structures
- Identify design issues and raise them through appropriate channels




- Perform continuity checks and wire pull tests
- Repair or rework issues found during inspection and testing

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months in a full time wiring position
- Experience using wiring and power tools
- Ability to visualize layouts using ladder logic
- Effective English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- High school diploma or equivalency
