The ADAS Performance Specialist develops and validates vehicle system performance across ADAS features. This role sets objective targets, supports simulation capability, and manages performance requirements. It also connects customer profiles, industry knowledge, and competitor benchmarks to program development.
Key Responsibilities: Set objective performance targets for ADAS features
Benchmark competitor systems and features
Create core validation plans for test engineering
Assess impacts from product and feature changes
Resolve cross-functional ADAS performance issues
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with ADAS feature performance development
Knowledge of competitive benchmarking and vehicle assessments
Ability to manage technical requirements for vehicle applications
Ability to collect objective performance data
Apply ADAS calibration, validation, simulation, and benchmarking expertise to develop measurable vehicle system performance targets.
