As Senior Customer Project Manager, you will direct end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year healthcare technology program. Accountabilities include scope, schedule, budget, quality, migration readiness, go-live, and customer outcomes. You will also transition into the customer’s dedicated Technical Account Manager and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-year Vendor Neutral Archive cloud program delivery
Build integrated plans, governance, readiness assessments, and communications
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and customer concerns
Coordinate Philips and customer teams through go-live




Advise on optimization, upgrades, lifecycle planning, and mitigation
Requirements: Seven or more years in relevant customer-facing leadership
Successful large-scale healthcare technology implementation delivery
Program governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, VNA, and cloud experience
Bachelor’s degree and required PMP certification
