This Specialist leads annual capital budgets, Long Range Plans, and investment planning processes for Liquids Pipelines sustainment investments. The work connects capital portfolio optimization with risk, compliance, performance, and financial objectives. You will partner with Asset Class Managers and stakeholders while preparing insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual capital budget and Long Range Plan development
Facilitate Asset Investment Decision Making activities
Prioritize program and non-program capital initiatives
Maintain Copperleaf investment planning tools and dashboards




Present performance metrics and recommendations to leadership
Requirements: University degree or equivalent related education and experience
Seven or more years in asset management or capital planning
Experience with capital budgeting and portfolio management
Robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Copperleaf, Oracle, Power BI, or asset management
Shape Enbridge Liquids Pipelines investment decisions through capital planning, portfolio optimization, analytics, and stakeholder communication.
