Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
Ten years managing financial M&A;, restructuring, or integration projects
Expertise in statements, budgeting, cash flow, and Excel modeling
French and English bilingual communication skills
CPA, CFA, or PMP certification is a robust asset
