As Manager in BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team, you will support Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics engagements. Research client, industry, and market performance, develop practical action plans, and help clients realize AI-driven value creation. The work spans performance improvement, strategy, M&A;, due diligence, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze client, industry, and market performance
Develop strategies, action plans, models, and implementation plans
Lead client meetings, interviews, and project content development
Support AI-driven value creation for clients




Coach team members and develop client relationships
Requirements: Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
Four to six years of relevant experience
Solid financial analysis, data analytics, and visualization skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and PowerPoint storyboarding abilities
Willingness and ability to travel
Bring strategy consulting, financial modeling, analytics, and AI application skills to BDO’s Toronto value creation practice.
